Athletic Operations LLC ("us," "we," or "our") operates the athleticoperations.com website and the AO Engine mobile messaging service (the "Service").

Biometrics: Birth Date, Height, Weight, Sex.
Fitness Profile: Training Experience Level, Primary Fitness Goals, Weekly Availability (Days/Time).
Health & Safety Data: Baseline Stress Levels, and any self-disclosed Injury Limitations.
Preferences: Equipment Available, and Preferred Training Modalities.

C. SMS/Messaging Data When you interact with the Service, we collect the content of your messages, such as "DONE" or your RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) rating (e.g., "7"). We use this information to log your workout completion and trigger your next workout.

D. Usage Data We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, and browser version when you visit our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes, all centered on providing you with a high-quality, personalized service:

To Provide and Maintain the Service: To create your account, process your subscription, and deliver daily workouts.
To Personalize Your Workouts: To use your survey data (goals, equipment, experience, injuries) as inputs for our "AO Engine" to generate a workout plan tailored to you.
To Communicate With You: To send your workouts and receive your feedback (e.g., "DONE", "RPE") via SMS.
